Frequently asked questions
How do I know if I need roller or track replacement?
If your door is hard to slide, makes loud noises, or comes off the track, itโs likely time to replace the rollers or repair the track.
What types of sliding doors do you repair?
We repair all types of sliding doors, including glass patio doors, closet doors, pocket doors, and even older vintage tracks.
What is the common problem with sliding doors?
One of the primary issues with sliding patio doors is sticking or stiff sliding. This can make it difficult to open or close the door smoothly. Sticking can occur due to dirt or debris buildup in the track or misalignment of the rollers.
Do you provide free estimates?

Why won't my patio door close properly?
Loose hinges are one of the most common causes of doors that don't close properly, and fortunately, this is an easy fix. Tighten the Screws: Secure any loose screws on the door hinges using a screwdriver. Regular use can cause screws to loosen over time, which can lead to the door sagging or becoming misaligned.
Is your service guaranteed?
Absolutely. All repairs come with a 12-month service warranty, and we only use high-quality parts
Why does my sliding door keep falling off track?
Often, the rollers are chipped, broken, or disintegrated. If you find your door pops off the tracks now and again, you'll probably see that the door rollers are now disintegrated, or they're broken, and that's causing it to leap off the track or skid and pull. In particular, the roller at the top often gets damaged.
How do I know if my sliding door rollers are bad??
If they are difficult to spin, chipped, cracked, or worn, then replacement rollers are needed. With the patio door panel still removed, check the frame sill track cap, part of the frame in which the rollers sit, to see if it is dented or badly scratched.
